Fail to establish SSL connection to syslog server with unknown reason. SSL library did not return a valid error code. One possible scenario is that server closes socket after receiving hello message from client.
In certain rare cases, SSL connect could fail with no error returned. Contact technical support with "show tech" output for further assistance.
